The touristic lease is an apartment or a house rented, in whole or in part, to tourists, without supplying services during the stay.

in this type of structure, which is not open to the public, it is not allowed to offer services to guests (transportation, breakfast, daily cleaning, etc.). Instead, only the following rental benefits can be provided:
• electricity, hot and cold water, gas, heating / air conditioning, housing maintenance, repair and replacement of deteriorated furniture and equipment;
• cleaning of the accommodation only when the guest has changed;
• bed linen and towels, if necessary, but only when the guest has changed.

The rules to be observed for staying in the apartment are those established by law, but first of all those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.

Valid identity documents (passport or identity card) must be provided at the time of arrival, necessary for the registrations required by current legislation.

Smoking is strictly forbidden in all the areas inside the structure.

due to reasons of public safety it nobody can access the apartment if not declared at the time of your arrival.

Please do not throw substances down the WC and the sink except for those which they have been designed for and please use the appropriate baskets for diapers, paper or other bulky material.

Any damage caused to the structures by the guests, once the responsibility has been ascertained, must be compensated.

Rooms cleaning will take place only upon departure.

We assume no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to property objects left inside individual rooms and / or common areas.

Children must always be supervised and accompanied by an adult, especially outside the house.

Every guest, at the end of the stay, must return the room keys and any other item received upon arrival.
