What are the terms of cancellation?
Refundable:
You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
You will pay the cost of the first night’s stay if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
Non-Refundable:
In case of cancellation, change or no-show, the full amount of the stay is charged.
Each rate, offer and package is subject to different cancellation policies.

What time is check in and check out?
Check-in is from 2:30 pm to 11 pm; Check-out is from 7 am to 10 am.
If you plan to arrive at different times, please let us know in advance.
How much is the tourist tax?
1 euro per person per day up to 10 consecutive nights, only for adults (14+ years old).

Borgo Tabari Holiday Rental Rules: to know (click to read)
Tourist rental is an apartment or house leased, in whole or in part, to tourists, without the provision of Services during their stay.
In this type of facility, which is not open to the public, it is not allowed to offer Services to guests (transportation, breakfast, daily cleaning, etc.).
Instead, only the following services ancillary to the tenancy may be provided:
– electricity, hot and cold water, gas, heating/air conditioning, housing maintenance, repair and replacement of deteriorated furniture and equipment;
– cleaning of the accommodation only when the guest changes;
– bed and bath linens, if required, but only when the guest changes.
The rules to be observed for staying in the apartment, are those enshrined in the law, but mostly those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.
Upon arrival, valid identity documents (Passport or Identity Card) required for registration under current regulations must be handed in.
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms inside the facility.
For reasons of Public Safety, no persons other than those declared at the time of your arrival are allowed inside the apartment.
Please do not flush substances other than those for which they were intended down the toilet and Sinks and use the appropriate bins for diapers, paper or other bulky materials.
Any damage done to the facilities by guests, once liability is established, must be compensated.
The arrangement and cleaning of individual rooms will be done exclusively upon your departure.
No liability is accepted for loss, theft or damage to items of your property left inside individual rooms and/or common parts.
Children should always be supervised and accompanied by an adult person, especially outside the house.
Each guest, at the end of their stay, must return the room keys and anything else handed to you upon arrival.
